1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MIXDM, you agree to these Terms of Service between you and MIXDM Utility. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

2. Software Licensing

MIXDM Utility grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software.

Free plans are intended for personal use. Paid plans are licensed per active device unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or attempt to bypass MIXDM’s licensing, quota, or security systems.

3. Plans, Quotas, and Speed Limits

MIXDM offers free and paid plans with different daily full-speed download quotas, fallback speeds, and connection limits.

When your daily full-speed quota is used, downloads may continue at the fallback speed included in your plan. Quotas reset according to MIXDM’s system schedule.

Plan limits, pricing, and available features may change over time. Any changes will be reflected on the official MIXDM website or inside the application.

4. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for how you use MIXDM. You agree not to use MIXDM to download, distribute, or access content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of MIXDM does not violate the terms, policies, or bandwidth rules of your internet service provider or the websites and servers you download from.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are processed through Paddle or other authorized payment providers. MIXDM does not store your credit card or payment card details.

When Paddle is used for checkout, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for MIXDM orders. Paddle handles payment processing, buyer payment support, and returns/refunds related to completed Paddle transactions.

Access to paid features is granted after payment confirmation. If a payment fails, is refunded, reversed, or disputed, MIXDM may suspend or remove access to the related paid plan.

6. Lifetime License

A Lifetime plan provides lifetime access to the included MIXDM premium features for one active device, subject to fair use and these Terms.

Lifetime access applies to the lifetime of the MIXDM product while it remains actively maintained. Security updates and regular improvements may be provided as part of ongoing development.

7. Device Activation

Paid licenses may be limited to one active device. MIXDM may use device identifiers or activation records to prevent abuse and unauthorized sharing.

Device transfer or reset options may be available through support, subject to review.

8. Updates and Changes

MIXDM may release updates, fixes, improvements, or feature changes over time. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, licensing, or payment verification.

MIXDM may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the software or service when necessary.

9. No Warranty

MIXDM is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that downloads will always be faster, uninterrupted, error-free, or available from every website or server.

Download performance may depend on your internet connection, source server, file host, system settings, and network conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIXDM Utility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages, including data loss, failed downloads, connection issues, account issues, or hardware/software problems arising from the use of MIXDM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MIXDM paid features if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to bypass license restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity.
