Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Data We Collect

MIXDM is designed to collect only the information needed to provide licensing, quota management, billing, and support features.

We may collect the following information:

  • Account information, such as your email address
  • License and subscription status
  • Device activation information used to manage one-device licensing
  • Quota usage, such as daily full-speed download usage
  • Basic application diagnostics needed to improve stability and security
  • Support information you provide when contacting us

MIXDM does not upload, store, or track your full download history, downloaded file contents, or private local files.

2. Download Data

Download tasks, file names, URLs, progress, and related metadata are stored locally on your device unless a specific feature requires server-side license or quota verification.

MIXDM does not sell, share, or use your download activity for advertising.

3. Payment Processing

Payments, subscriptions, and billing are processed securely by Paddle or other authorized payment providers.

MIXDM does not collect or store your credit card number, payment card details, or financial account information.

Payment providers may process information such as your billing email, payment status, transaction ID, country, tax information, and billing details according to their own privacy policies.

4. License and Device Activation

Paid plans may be limited to one active device. To manage license activation and prevent abuse, MIXDM may store device-related identifiers or activation records.

These records are used only for license verification, fraud prevention, quota enforcement, and support.

5. Quota and Usage Data

MIXDM may collect limited quota-related usage data, such as the number of full-speed downloads used per day and the plan limits applied to your account.

This information is used to provide your plan benefits, enforce fair usage, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

6. Diagnostics and Crash Reports

MIXDM may generate local diagnostic logs to help troubleshoot crashes, failed downloads, license issues, or application errors.

Automatic telemetry is not required for normal use. If support requires diagnostic information, you may choose to provide logs manually.

Diagnostic logs should not include downloaded file contents, but they may include technical details such as error messages, timestamps, app version, operating system, and connection status.

7. Support Requests

If you contact support, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, license key, issue description, screenshots, and diagnostic logs.

This information is used only to respond to your request and resolve related issues.

8. Cookies and Website Analytics

The MIXDM website may use essential cookies or basic analytics to operate the website, improve performance, and understand general traffic.

We do not use website analytics to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only with service providers needed to operate MIXDM, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email/support tools, and security services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights and security of MIXDM and its users.

10. Data Retention

We keep account, license, payment status, quota, and support information only as long as needed to provide MIXDM, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

You may contact us to request account deletion or data removal, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and security requirements.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, license information, and device secure.

12. Children’s Privacy

MIXDM is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in MIXDM, legal requirements, payment processing, or operational improvements.

The latest version will be posted on the MIXDM website with the updated date.
