Refund Policy
1. Refund Window
We offer a transparent 30-day refund window for MIXDM Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime licenses purchased through our authorized payment provider, Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with MIXDM or if the software does not work as expected on your device, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information:
- Your Paddle receipt or transaction ID
- The email address used for the purchase
- Your MIXDM license key, if available
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the refund request
You may also request support or refund assistance through the links provided in your Paddle receipt or billing email.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle or our authorized payment provider. MIXDM does not process direct card refunds and does not store your credit card or payment card details.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will usually be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on Paddle, your bank, card provider, or payment method.
4. License Deactivation
Once a refund is approved and processed, the related MIXDM paid license will be deactivated.
After deactivation, your account or device will return to the Free plan limits, including the Free daily full-speed download quota, fallback speed, and connection limits.
5. Refund Exclusions
Refunds may be denied or limited in cases such as:
- Refund requests submitted after the refund window
- Fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests
- Attempts to bypass MIXDM licensing, quota, activation, or security systems
- Violation of the MIXDM Terms of Service
- Issues caused by unsupported operating systems, modified software, or third-party tools
- Download failures caused by third-party websites, file hosts, expired links, removed files, or servers that do not support resume or multi-connection downloads
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Subscriptions and Renewals
For subscription plans, refunds may apply to the most recent payment within the refund window.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous payments unless a refund request is approved.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem, please contact support first. We may ask for details such as your app version, operating system, error messages, screenshots, or diagnostic logs to help resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved and your request is within the refund window, you may be eligible for a refund.
